Weekends
The Weekends report ranks every weekend in your sales history by combined Saturday + Sunday sales, biggest first. It's a quick way to answer "was this our best weekend ever?" or to see which weekends of the year historically matter most. Find it under Reports → Sales → Weekends.
What's on the Weekends report
One row per weekend per store, sorted by Weekend Sales (highest first):
- # — the weekend's all-time rank by Weekend Sales
- Store — the store location (multi-store accounts get a row per store per weekend)
- Saturday — the Saturday date
- Sat. Sales — dollar sales that Saturday
- Sat. Count — number of receipts that Saturday
- Sunday — the following Sunday's date
- Sun. Sales — dollar sales that Sunday
- Sun. Count — number of receipts that Sunday
- Weekend Sales — Saturday plus Sunday sales combined
The current weekend's row is highlighted in yellow, so during a busy Saturday or Sunday you can watch where the in-progress weekend ranks against history. Column headers are sortable, and the filter row under the headers lets you narrow to a specific store or year.
Show top N weekends
By default the report lists the top 100 weekends. Use the Show top box at the top of the page ("Show top ___ of N weekends (0 = all)") and click View to change how many rows are shown — enter 0 to list every weekend on record. If the current weekend hasn't cracked the top N, its highlighted row is still appended at the bottom with its true rank.
