Items Not Selling
What's on the Slow Selling Items Report?
The Slow Selling Items report lists items you still have on hand that haven't sold or been received recently.

Filters at the top of the report:
- Department drop-down — pick a single department, or All Departments
- All Stores — if you have multiple stores, check this to combine all stores into one company-wide view (otherwise the report shows the store you're signed into)
- not sold since / received since — the cutoff dates that define "slow-selling." Defaults are 2 years ago (sold) and 11 months ago (received); you can enter a date or a phrase like "6 months ago"

Report columns:
- PLU — the item number, hyperlinked to the item page
- Sub. Dept — the item's sub-department
- Vendor
- Description — the name and size of the item
- Retail — price of the item
- Avg Cost — the average cost of the item, calculated by the system based on all the times the item has been received on a PO
- On Hand — the current quantity of items in inventory
- Total Cost — on hand × average cost
- Margin — margin percentage based on retail and average cost
- Last Sold — the date the item was last sold
- Last Received — the date the item was last received
- On Order — the quantity of items on order
A Department column is included when viewing All Departments, and a Store column when All Stores is checked. The totals row at the bottom sums On Hand and Total Cost — the total cost of your slow-moving inventory. Use the download icon above the table to export it as a CSV file.
