Customizing your Report

Click in the first field box to customize the number of top items you want listed. The second field is a drop-down to view the previous 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or year, as shown below. The third field allows you to choose how the data is grouped, by day week or month, also shown below.

Viewing the Report Table

• PLU- the item number, linked to the item page
• Description- the name and size of the item
• Quantity Sold- the number of items sold
• Gross Profit- the total gross profit from the sum of the items sold
